0bd9 Terms & Conditions – Please Read Carefully

Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 0bd9 website located at 0bd9.club (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("T&C"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these T&C, you must not use the Platform.

These T&C constitute the entire agreement between you and 0bd9 with respect to the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. 0bd9 reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised T&C.

Section 2

Eligibility Requirements

To register and use 0bd9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Proof of age may be requested at any time, and 0bd9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement is not satisfied.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prohibits online gambling, you must not register.
• You must register only one account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are considered a breach of these T&C and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses without notice.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, consultant, or agent of 0bd9, or an immediate family member of any such person.

0bd9 conducts identity verification checks as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure. Players may be asked to submit government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership at any stage of their account lifecycle. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Registration requires a valid mobile number, which serves as the primary account identifier. The following obligations apply to all registered 0bd9 accounts:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
• You must notify 0bd9 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation. 0bd9 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• 0bd9 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its absolute discretion, including where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these T&C.
• Account usernames and registered mobile numbers may not be transferred to any third party under any circumstances. Account ownership is non-transferable.
• Players must ensure that their account information, including their mobile number and payment method details, remains current at all times. 0bd9 is not responsible for failed transactions resulting from outdated account information.

Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

0bd9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment methods. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by 0bd9, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account (same-source rule). This is a security and anti-money-laundering requirement and admits no exceptions.
• Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed within one business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
• 0bd9 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any charges applied by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any other payment provider are that provider's charges and are independent of 0bd9.
• 0bd9 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significantly larger than the player's historical deposit pattern or where KYC verification is incomplete.
• Any funds credited to a player's account as a result of a technical error must be reported to 0bd9 support immediately. 0bd9 reserves the right to reclaim erroneous credits at any time, including after they have been wagered.

Section 5

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

0bd9 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each individual offer page. Where no requirement is specified, a default rollover of 30x applies to the bonus amount.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim the same offer multiple times using different accounts or technical means will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account suspension.
• 0bd9 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of system errors, or violation of these T&C.
• Free spins issued as part of a promotion are valid for the specified game(s) only and expire within the period stated in the promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the stated wagering requirement.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other account. Bonus balances are not redeemable for cash without satisfying the applicable wagering requirement.

Seasonal promotions tied to the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other Bangladesh-market events are governed by the specific promotion terms published at the time of the event. General T&C apply where specific terms are silent on any matter.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account action, up to and including permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances held:

• Using any form of automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to place bets, exploit game outcomes, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or live dealer games, or coordinated betting to exploit promotional terms.
• Submitting fraudulent, altered, or counterfeit documents in connection with KYC verification, age verification, or any other account security process.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider in respect of deposits made to 0bd9 without first raising the matter with 0bd9 customer support.
• Any attempt to launder money, finance illegal activity, or use the Platform in connection with any criminal enterprise, whether or not such enterprise is directly related to gambling.

0bd9 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Where 0bd9 forms a reasonable belief that a player's account is connected to criminal activity, it will freeze the account, retain the relevant balance, and report the matter to appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

0bd9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe environment for all players. Players are responsible for monitoring their own gambling behaviour. 0bd9 provides the following responsible gaming tools, which are accessible to all registered players from their account dashboard at no cost: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use these tools and to contact our support team, or to seek assistance from independent problem gambling support services.

0bd9 enforces a strict 21+ age policy and reserves the right to close any account where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the account holder is under the minimum age. Players who are found to have registered while under 21 will have their accounts closed and any deposits returned in accordance with applicable policy, less any amounts wagered. 0bd9 does not permit minors to use the Platform under any circumstances, and takes all reasonable steps to prevent underage gambling.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 0bd9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service. 0bd9's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

0bd9 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily affect Platform availability. 0bd9 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

Amendments to These Terms

0bd9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these T&C at any time. Where amendments are material, 0bd9 will endeavour to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than 7 days before the amended T&C take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended T&C. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting support at [email protected].
